Our English spoken prenatal classes are held on a weekend. Our experienced midwives will lead you through what to expect during pregnancy and how to manage birth. They will explain the postnatal period and how to look after your newborn (infant handling, changing nappies, bathing, cord care ect.) as well as how to get breastfeeding off to a good start and cope with different scenarios.
The classes are designed for women who are at least 30 weeks pregnant.
Friday is reserved as a women's evening, when the pregnant women and midwives are among themselves.
On Saturday, we invite you to bring your partner or someone else who supports you.
Woman with companion CHF 390.-
The health insurance takes over CHF 150.-
