Prenatal Classes in English
Our English spoken prenatal classes are held on a weekend. Our experienced midwives will lead you through what to expect during pregnancy and how to manage birth. They will explain the postnatal period and how to look after your newborn (infant handling, changing nappies, bathing, cord care ect.) as well as how to get breastfeeding off to a good start and cope with different scenarios.

Öffentliche Kinderführung
Was gibt es in einem Rettungswagen? Wie funktioniert eine Gipsfräse? Was macht man in einem Spitallabor?
Was man kennt, macht weniger Angst.
Unsere Kinderführungen sollen helfen, Ängste abzubauen - sei dies im Hinblick auf einen Spitalaufenthalt oder einer notfallmässigen Behandlung. Die Kinder dürfen unseren Fachleuten persönlich ihre Fragen rund um den Spitalalltag stellen.
Die Führung ist für Kinder zwischen 6 und 11 Jahren.
